I was born on 5th of July, 1970. Weslaco, Texas (United States).
At a very early age I was drawn to photography. As a child I could remember
father always had his camera at the ready, and I came to find it so much of
a familiar sight that I thought it should be the same with myself. I love it!
I have always thought of photography as being time well spent; pleasing to say
the least. Though it is not my profession I enjoy it tremendously. Someday,
I look forward to it being my sole focus as more than a gratifying pastime.
When my father passed away, I accepted his 1970 Canon AE-1 SLR with great pride.
This camera is a treasure, and I use it still to this day. I have a variety of
lenses and gear which accent it nicely to boot. I also shoot with a Canon D1
which I have come to find quite impressive. What can I say, I love Canon.
I love to travel, which allows me to get to know and photograph other
environments. I love to mix with the people of where I roam. Their stories
and their experiences are noticeable in their expressions. It's awesome.
I have what seems like a ton of photos in paper and digital media. I will shoot
almost anything. I have photographed sports, nature, travel, people and festivals.
Some of my most memorable photos are of my family reunions in Mexico.
Still, my photographs are my best presentation !
